At present, our managed services have not been impacted. In case of the situation escalates, BSS assures clients that they will individually contact them for any changes on the matter.

Business Smart Solutions works with premier delivery service to provide the hardware immediately needed to our clients. However, with the escalation of COVID-19, there is a possibility that delivery times might experience a slight increase. Business Smart Solutions advises all potential clients and current clients to place orders as far in advance as possible, to allow a possible increase in delivery time from the delivery service provider, as it is a factor that Business Smart Solutions cannot control directly.
